Contract Operations Intern

We are looking for Sophomore and Junior students majoring in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Finance, or a related field for 12-week internship role in Wilmington, DE from May 18 2026 to August 7 2026.

Position Duties:

  • Optimize membership data in the GPO and Buy & Bill space to enhance system efficiency and improve reporting processes.
  • Refresh and test department specific clickbook/training guide to improve onboarding materials and standardize processes.
  • Develop and test new or existing reports in PowerBI and train team members to deliver improved reporting to account teams and internal stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

  • Sophomore and Junior Students majoring in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Finance or a related field.
  • Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
  • Software exposure to PowerBI is a plus.
  • Software exposure to Model N is a plus.
  • Understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
  • This role will not be providing CPT support.
  • Ability to report onsite to Wilmington, DE 3-5 days per week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
  • Compensation range: $31-32.50/hr
